Our Terms
Payment Policy
We use PayPal to process payments. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase from us, and there is no additional charge to you for this service. PayPal allows you to use your credit card, debit card, or check to pay for your purchases. All of your financial information is secure, and we do not see or retain any of your financial information. All financial information is processed through PayPal's secure servers.
We do not accept payment by mail.
Shipping
We make every effort to process your order in one business day. This does not include weekends, or Postal holidays. Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority mail to any address in the United States, it's territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We ship internationally. Shipping is a flat $5.99, no matter how much, or how little you order (USA Only)! Items returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address that you (the customer) has provided, will be charged an additional shipping charge to re-send.
Returns
Do to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns except in the case of a manufacturers defect, or an incorrect order. If you recieve an item that is defective, please contact us immediately, and we will replace or refund at our discretion.
Out of Stock Items
In the rare case, we may be out of stock of an item, we will refund you before your order is shipped. If the item(s) that are out of stock comprises 50% or more of your order, we will contact you for further instructions. We do NOT substitute items unless you pre-approve the substitution.
